Steve when you say ATT was involved one time before. Remember that
this ATT is not the same ATT that existed a number of years ago.
This ATT is the renamed Belllsouth/SBC group that was once a baby
bell. And before anyone says it they are nothing like the old ATT.

To me, it really doesn't matter exactly who does these things. It
is just the fact that it is done that I find troubling as well as newsworthy.
