I would not put much credence into email time stamps. (What do the time 
stamps on this email tell you?) With a few lines of Perl or PHP one can 
specify a set of email headers and push the result at a remote email 
server. Just google on "php mail" to get a start with the details. Your 
email server may or may not do some basic checking before passing the 
email on to you.
