Control Panel/Internet Options/Programs
Make sure Opera is selected and make sure check if IE is default
browser is not.

If the DREADED M$IE7 is open for some reason, the link opens in M$IE
insteada Opera, open or not. Didn't usta do that with M$IE6 or even M$IE7 a
few weeks ago ...wassup with that??
