ATX and BTX were both designed by Tom's now loved Intel.  BTX was also
canceled by Intel because the need for it was slowing with Intel developing
lower power CPUs.  Intel simply hasn't put anything behind it's development
or marketing, so no, it has nothing to do with your conspiracy theory that
all bad things happen because of windows.
