No, it's just this one department; everyone else's confidence is just fine.
They still think they're an island all to themselves, even though they were
brought into the fold over 6 years ago.  They love to cultivate the
red-headed stepchild persona so they have something to bitch about later,
usually when they're complaining about how they're excluded from all the
reindeer games, when in fact they were explicitly invited.

I'm sure the fact that they run Macs is just a h-u-u-u-u-g-e coincidence.
