If you can get a part number from your documentation or the company,
then you might be able to do a search for them.

I know I am asking again. I contacted the company about the case feet
problem. They sent me a set of feet but, they are the type that can
only go on the bottom of a desktop case. I told them about the ones'
I received and, they suggested I take some pictures of the case, which
I did. They got back to me and, told me, my case is Antec's KS188.
They also told me, that, Antec discontinued the production of this
case several years ago so, I can't get it from them. I do find plenty
of pictures and, discussion about the case, on Google but, I am not
having any luck finding, discontinued parts. Would anyone have any
idea, why I might be able to get the feet for this case?
