Silly story. Is this Hank the guy from "King of the Hill" and living on another planet? The Apple store he kept mentioning is my neighborhood Apple store (Clarendon). He is right to say the store is full of people, but that is not any kind of problem. I recently wrote to this list about how well the Clarendon store handled the stampede during the Leopard rollout. Despite the mob it did not feel over crowded and I was not neglected by the staff. I have been in many non-Apple stores where the service collapses if they have more than 3 customers. Apple handled 100s with aplomb. This was not out of my comfort zone, not theirs.
