What is it you want to do, that it won't do now under 10.39 ? (Besides run slower ?)
Good question. There are some new versions of a few apps that I use that have been updated but will now only run under 10.4 or higher. Some of those apps have improvements that I would like to be able to take advantage of, but cannot do do unless I update my 10.3.9 OS.
I am pretty sure that Leopard will bog things down for me a bit, but I cannot get a definitive answer to that question from what I have been reading thus far. I have found out that Leopard will create issues with some software that I regularly use, so at this time I have pretty much decided to stay away from 10.5. That being the case, it looks as though from what I now know, Tiger is the best route for me if I do update the OS.
