Well, they aren't actually *lying* about any of that I bet. Still,
without knowing the actual details of any of those items it's hard to
say how adversely the issues may affect you.

e.g. The "Hard Drive Health" failure might be a true (and serious)
SMART failure, or it might just mean you haven't defragged in a while
(not serious).
