Prosumer digital cameras now exceed the resolving power of 35mm film. RAW image format eliminates the need to color balance at the time of capture. In-camera stabilization greatly reduces blur from camera shake. Much faster shutter speeds are now common. Images can go from camera to paper with no intermediate conversions. Polycontrast filters and graded papers are history. Some cameras can email photos via WiFi immediately after shooting. No negatives to store or scratch. Which of these do you find so terrible? What would I get by giving these up? ************************************************************************ * ==> QUICK LIST-COMMAND REFERENCE - Put the following commands in <== * ==> the body of an email & send 'em to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] <== * Join the list: SUBSCRIBE COMPUTERGUYS-L Your Name * Too much mail?
