I googled a few times with varying keywords, all containing at least 'tax
return made public'.  The only article I could find on it is the one David
got his link from.  The site is a far left one...which of course isn't to
say it's wrong but it's odd that the philly article they site doesn't exist
it seems.  Something this big you'd think would have other stories on the
web.  Perhaps someone else can find more info.
