It all depends on whether you prefer Latin [discus] or Greek [diskos]. The Latin is derived from Greek, so perhaps disk is better.

Since people can't spell anyway, and rely on Micro$oft's error-ridden dictionary, it probably doesn't matter. Your choice. I prefer Greek--it's more fun to read.
