Not at all. The computer is still listed and described and for sale just as it was previously.

The computer is a PC-type machine. It does not copy or replicate the internal electrical architecture aspects of a Mac. It is simply a PC that has been 'tricked' into being able to run the Mac Leopard OS. The company that makes it is not guilty of cloning a Mac because it in no way resembles a Mac any more than a standard, off-the-shelf Windows machine does.

Legal experts say that the company would likely only be liable in court for the wholesale costs associated with the manufacture of the Leopard install DVDs were they to be sued.
