As has been previously discussed in this forum, Flash done well and
responsibly is indeed a beautiful and useful thing. Flash done
carelessly and incessantly distracts from the information being sought
in the first place.

reason to use Flash Block:
I would keep Flash and drop Windows. That would provide the best overall
user experience. The Web without Flash would be a dull place. The Web
without Windows would still be the Web. The Web without IE would be nicer
too.
