If it is a USB flash drive, I always format them for a PC, then both the
Mac and PC can access the information. If it is formated as a Mac
device only a Mac read it. It should be simple to format it.
I am assuming that when you wrote "MAC" you meant Mac as in Macintosh.
MAC has an entirely different meaning.
