Usually, one uses ones ISP's DNS server because it is "closest"
and, therefore, fastest. It may be better to use a "secure"
"noncommercial" DNS server, such as one at a local university. (Do a
"traceroute" and find one with few "hops")
In any event, be VERY skeptical when you get a "re-routed" response
to a website. Most of these are easy to spot, and ignore. But, as the
article states, some may be malicious or hard to avoid.
