If you had Googled on "iTunes Windows move music library" you would have found it right away. Even if you don't know a lot about computers you can rely on your non-computer common sense. Think about it this way. If someone moved your CD collection and did not tell you where they moved it to, what would happen the next time you went to play a CD? >2. Deal with Itunes. You may not have to be so extreme as a total reinstall. The files to look for are the "iTunes Music Library.xml" and the "iTunesLibrary.itl" files. Since you moved the music files these probably no longer have correct information. You can fix these by pulling them out and then importing the xml file. Apple has a Tech Note with the step by step "How to re-create your iTunes Library" http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93313. There are links there for dealing with other situations. There will be a set of iTunes files for each username so you will need to do this for each one. I think your biggest mistake was calling Geek Squad. They did not know how to handle a common problem with a well documented solution. Fixing things according to Apple's directions will now be more difficult because you and they have messed with the file locations too much.
