I have found that the web site www.ilounge.com <http://www.Ilounge.com> has a large amount of very helpful iTunes and iPod tips and tricks. I recently helped a friend move his library from an old laptop to a new one without much drama. He was even able to rebuild his preferences and smart folders relatively quickly, The longest time was spent waiting for the computers to copy the data files.
