Is this a bug? In a similar vein, yesterday Windows Update said I needed
the Genuine Validation Tool downloaded and installed but I was able to
verify that it already had been installed a month ago. When I tried to
reinstall it, it came up with an error (obviously), and it took a second
attempt to complete it. I just assumed it was a glitch with MS's
computer system again. Anybody else see anything odd with Windows Update?

My computer is saying that I have 75+ updates that have not been taken
care of but, Microsoft's website says they have been. I have looked
for answer and, I still can't find one.
