Are you behind a corporate firewall and/or on a networked computer? If
so, the IT department may have rules set up to filter the mail.

I did; also have the "automatically add people I email to Safe Senders".

In Junk email options, add C-Guys and your home address to the safe
senders list.
I've been having some Spam issues with Outlook email. Both Computer Guys mail
& mail I send from my home account have been showing up in my work email marked
as Spam. One of our IT guys said it was basing that on content. The only thing
I've seen that the emails have in common is they contain links. Is there a way to
change this in Outlook? The only thing I see are Junk email preferences, not Spam
(although I know Spam is Junk).
