Is anyone having problems downloading transactions into Quicken,
today?  I have two accounts, at two different banks, and had the same
experience at both...  I realize the common factor is my hardware and
software, but never the less...

At both banks, there are current transactions to be downloaded, but in
one case, the bank software said "There are no transactions for the
selected timeframe", and at the second, it just cycled through, which
is the usual response when there are no transactions to download.  I
have a bad feeling the problem is on my end, but I'm throwing this out
for comment because I'm not sure where to go with it...
