I basically agree. The reason that you can get Business DSL or Business Cable is that there are many businesses out there that don't offer downloads to customers, but need to be able to do downloads, email, and other Internet access.
The thing about T1 nowadays is that you get 1.544 Mbps. Long ago, that was a lot. Today, you are probably better off with more bandwidth.
