Thanks for the suggestions. Funny, the ONLY option it was giving me when I clicked on the notice of expiration was for the paid AVG 8.0; think it was a larger security bundle than just antivirus or whatever is provided in the free AVG. Had to go to Grisoft.com to get the free version. Guess they'd rather have me pay $54 or something than get the free version.
