Unless you're on a long-term contract, you should be able to cancel everything as of that day and not have to pay for anything you don't or won't use.
If they ask you to pay for the rest of the month, I'd contact your local City government. While they probably have little to do with the Internet service, they do have some say over Comcast's TV service.
