You might also want to download SpyBot Search and Destroy (www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html) and AdAware (lavasoft.com). Both offer free downloads of their programs and updates to their definition files. It couldn't hurt to run both but you don't have to let them load themselves into memory and startup everytime you start your system. I run them from time to time (and if you like SpyBot S&D, you can make a contribution to help support the writer too).
