One of the black hats is from IBM and the other from VMWare so these are not basement hackers. I think this vulnerability fits the Microsoft MO: a huge security structure built on an insecure foundation so it is easy to simply bypass the whole thing. I have been talking about Microsoft's fundamental errors for over 10 years. They have a knack for not doing their homework and making bad choices. I don't know how they manage to be so consistent. This says a lot about their customers too. ************************************************************************* ** List info, subscription management, list rules, archives, privacy ** ** policy, calmness, a member map, and more at http://www.cguys.org/ ** *************************************************************************
