What's going on at Ars Technica? After noting that at current rates of increase it will take 100 years for the US to catch up with Japan's current level of service, Ars Technica then gos on to disparage the report. Ars Technica suggests that the study is biased because the data was collected by communication workers (Instead of who? Cloistered nuns?) Ars Technica then claims that people are "simply uninterested" in getting better broadband. (Perhaps they got that from John McCain?)
