I'm dealing with a relative's computer (from long distance), which is having trouble playing a Windows Media File through a link. When the link is clicked on, an image briefly appears and then disappears, leaving a small black Media Player screen. His Windows Media Player will play a DVD OK. The problem shows up on both his laptop and desktop, and it occurs using Internet Explorer or Firefox. I can access and play the video on my computer with either browser.
