Comcast is currently the nation's largest cable supplier, and for many that means it's their _only_ broadband solution. So comments like 'dump Comcast' may seem humorous to you, but aren't particularly helpful.
This is the case with myself. Satellite has too much latency (and we have no line-of-sight), the local phone company has no intention of ever laying fiber (and is considering a 5GB cap on DSL), and there are no competing cable companies. >> Simple solution don't deal with Comcast. >> > > All you poor folks in Comcast land should pick a day and cancel all your > accounts on the same day.
