XP might not be supported, but as long as the OS is stable, it shouldn't matter (yeah, yeah, let's all avoid trying to jump all over that one. In a non-profit I help out, one of the "servers" has been up and running XP Pro for a bit under a year. It had been up and running for 2 years before that, but some fool decided we had to move our office across the street).
