Nah... That's offered as a perk to try to delude customers into thinking that 
this "AT&T" is the former AT&T they're used to and not Cingular, which 
specialized in particularly nasty customer service practices.

Some say, the phrase "Change we can believe in" was originally started after 
Cingular took over AT&T.
