Have you tried installing the pug in for Flash with your browser?
Sometimes you have to uninstall reinstall. It looks like you plug in
is set for download not play through browser

I read my AOL mail through a browser.? (No comments on AOL mail!)?
When I read the mail using Firefox and have an e-mail with a link to
a YouTube file, when I click on the link I am asked how I want to
display the .swf file.? No matter what I have tried so far, I cannot
play the file.? However, when I read the mail through IE rather than
Firefox, and click on the link, it properly opens and plays the
YouTube file within IE.? I am at a loss to play the file through
Firefox (3.0.4).? Any pointers?? Thanks.
