Looks like you failed POST (Power On Self Test). The pattern of beeps is supposed to give you a clue to the problem. It could be simple, like a loose wire or memory chip, or something worse.
You look up the pattern of beeps on a chart for that particular computer BIOS. The problem is finding that chart. I went to acer.com and found the site particularly unhelpful. (Something people should check before buying a computer as it will be your primary lifeline when something goes wrong.) So does anyone know what BIOS Acer uses? >I have a (hardware) problem.?
