I have several usb flash drives up to 2gb formatted ntfs no problem ...I just received a 16gb usb2 flash drive and I cannot format it ntfs ...I went into properties and changed it to "optimize for speed" and the ntfs choice appeared in the format dialog but it fails ...I tried doing it from the cmd line but it also fails ...fat32 is working ok ...what is that?
