The interesting point is that the "middle age cop" is violating the 
anti-hacking laws and should be prosecuted. Similarly the RIAA is 
violating the ToS of the various file sharing networks when it finds 
people to prosecute. The RIAA should be prosecuted for this and their 
information, because it was obtained by illegal means, should not be 
admitted in court.
