This could be a snake in the grass for unsuspecting souls. The free 'low volume' encourages development and testing, but if you choose to let anyone on the net use your database, you could be looking at hefty charges if your database becomes popular or is attacked by a bot (Amazon would not do that, would they?). I only hope you can put max limits on the data transfer.

billable use. The threshold is fairly high so much useful work should be
free.
