This would help the problem of appearing to be looking at
someone's neck instead of their eyes when web-conferencing.
It occurs to me that in order to be really effective, this would have to
be combined with face recognition software that will place the view
window so that the eyes of the other person are centered around the
camera. Otherwise your gaze could still be somewhat askew.
