Really? I always hated autorun and was looking for a way to kill it off
globally (and thank you Rich for that link! :-). I never thought of it
as a virus issue, I just don't want Windows trying to be smarter than
me. *I* know what I want to do when I plug an external/thumb drive into
my computer, or drop a CD into the drive. It's annoying to have an
Explorer window (or the autorun dialog) pop up all the time.
I speak, of course, only for myself.
