Your comments show how far from reality you are. You attack anything that 
does not absolutely fawn over the object of your affections.

"Herding users" is not "charged language", it is an even-handed, accurate 
description. That is what vendors do. Apple does it. Google does it. 
Macy's does it. MS does it. To deny it is just being starry-eyed.

You need to get a grip on reality and look at MS objectively.
