I'd also argue about "The Mac OS rarely crashes, and it recovers much better when apps freeze. You can even restart the Finder without taking down the OS." My experience is that Vista also rarely crashes, and that it almost always recovers from app crashes. It "even" recovers from Explorer crashes, too. But these are nits.
