Superior to what?

It all depends on what you want and what you are looking for.

You did not put in HD radio in there.

They are all good in whatever way they are. Satellite radio is great for travel, where broadband radio would be near impossible.

For remote areas Cable radio might be a help.

It all depends on what you are looking for and need.

I like to listen to Nascar races when I travel on a weekend. I would need Satellite radio for that.

If I want to listen to BBC, I could use the HD radio as my local NPR station broadcasts that on one of their HD Channels or I can use the Internet.

So it finally comes to what do you need and want to determine what is good for you.
