Well, in the ad she says she went into the store and looked at the Mac. Clearly she did not go into the store and look at the Mac. Justin Long is obviously not a Macintosh computer. As you said, he is merely posing as a Mac. No obvious deception there as opposed to the MS ad. FWIW, ads are not SUPPOSED to be intentionally deceptive. There are even laws that apply to that.
