This short answer comes from F-Secure: Q: I heard something really bad is going to happen on the Internet on April 1st! Will it? A: No, not really. The longer answer is, if your Windows is even moderately up-to-date in terms of patches, you're fine. The vulnerability was patched last October (MS08-67). You can check your Windows Update history to be sure. If you really want to get all warm & fuzzy, run Windows Update, and then run one of the free checkers.
