You just have to know what you are getting and do some checking
before you get it.
Eat fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts and some grain products and olive
oil.
Drink a little beer and wine and get lots of clean water.
Ride a bicycle daily.
Don't get into gunfights and treat people well.
You won't need any of that pharmaceutical crap. Maybe an aspirin
or two on rare occasion.
I plan to live to be 100 years old and irritate the hell out of my
relatives.
If I'm not killed in a bicycle accident or a shooting before then.
47 years to go, I think I can do that.
