You may not be confused, but many will be. It's tough enough in a 60 second spot to try to tell them to re-scan channels. What would even be the point of attempting to teach them how to re-program a single channel manually?
Comcast just changed a couple channels in our lineup and I had to rescan all our devices. There's no way in heck I would have wanted to sit down and re-program all of them manually!
