I don't text message that much, since we use BES, so I can't really suggest anything specific. I always start with a battery-pull reset if there is a goofy problem like you describe. If you've already done that, then yeah, I'd call T-Mobile. You can always check one of the BB sites too. Excellent user community (they don't call it Crackberry for nothing) and I can generally find the answer there if I have a problem. No matter what I did, I couldn't get it to synch up OTA the first time out on BES. I called T-Mobile and they put me through to RIM right away. Good tech, very professional and thorough.
