Ok .so I googled and then resorted to the M$ knowledgebase which right away gave up a hotfix for the problem (language bar disappears) but found out it won't hotfix cuz it's for sp1 and was sposta been fixed in sp2 and I have sp3 .so, noodle around another hour or so and finally realized this ainna gonna work .so I looked in my archives and low & behold, there's sp3 !! .I just reinstalled sp3 over again and it's fixed!! M$ should be ashamed to makes such crapp!!
