Acronis True Image is very good. Not free, but I have it set up to
do an incremental backup.
I did a full backup and then have it do an incremental once a week.
I have an external drive hooked up to the system for this backup to be done on.
Periodically I go onto the external and check to see if everything is OK.
Once a year I go in wipe out all the backups and then do a full
backup once again.
