What makes you sure? Do you have any evidence to support that view? Is there anything materially different about our understanding of climate between then and now that is especially compelling?

Reasonable and thoughtful. However, this speech was given over 4-1/2 years ago. Since then scientists have accumulated much additional evidence. If he were alive today I'm sure he would revise his position.
