Because, quite simply, without data to compare drivers with and without such devices that you allege to be obscuring view and I infer causing accidents, we cannot conclude anything ...for cellphones the stats are in and many (including NJ and PA) have bans ...as a matter of fact, the NJ ban prohibits you from holding the device in your hand even if you have a speakerphone, and sellers must sell the fone with an earpiece. Gimme some stats, man!!
